It was December 1st, 2007 when we officially moved down here and started our life together. Almost 2 months after, we moved to our own place and that was the most memorable moment of my life here! A year after, it’s Christmas time again and I am so happy to share with you what we did this weekend – we got our first Christmas Tree, a real pine tree! It was a Douglas Fir that’s about 5-6feet tall and we got it from Home Depot for $21.97. Before we actually got the tree, we went to Rite Aid to buy lights and ornaments. Everything in that place was 50-75% off! We walked out of the store very satisfied only paying half compared to going to Walmart or somewhere else! We are very much on the tight budget and I am so thankful our neighbor let us in on the specials happening in town :)
